Butter Chicken
A silky tomato-butter gravy wrapped around tender chicken. It's classic Punjabi comfort with just enough smoke and spice.

Ingredients
500g chicken pieces
1 cup tomato puree
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cream
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Instructions

Sear or grill the marinated chicken until lightly charred and almost cooked through.

Cook butter, ginger-garlic paste, and tomato puree into a smooth sauce.

Season with garam masala, kasuri methi, and salt.

Add the chicken and simmer gently until cooked through.

Finish with cream and a final touch of butter before serving.
