Ingredients

250g paneer (cubed)
300g spinach (blanched)
1 onion (sliced)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 green chilli
2 tbsp cream
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste

Instructions

Blanch spinach, cool it quickly, and blend into a smooth puree.

Saute onion until soft, then add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli.

Cook in the spinach puree and season with salt and garam masala.

Fold in paneer cubes and simmer gently for a few minutes.

Finish with cream and serve hot with roti or jeera rice.
