Ingredients
1 cup semolina
1 onion (chopped)
1 green chilli
1 tsp mustard seeds
8 curry leaves
2 tbsp cashews
1 tsp ginger
Salt to taste
Instructions

Dry roast the semolina until it smells nutty and set it aside.

Temper mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger, cashews, and onion.

Add hot water and seasoning, then stir in the roasted semolina slowly.

Cook until soft and fluffy, then serve hot.
Pro Tip
Roasting the semolina well at the beginning is the easiest way to avoid a gummy texture later.
